Shipping

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! We ship to all states and territories across Australia. Free shipping is available on orders over $120, and for orders less than this, a flat rate of $11 is charged for shipping.  

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We'll send you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 2 business days. 

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to make it right. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at hello@plasticfreehomewares.com.au with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.

Products

Are all your products truly plastic-free?

We aim for every product in our store to be as close to truly plastic-free as possible — and in most cases, they are.

Our core range (like stainless steel, bamboo, cotton, and cellulose products) is completely free from plastic and microplastics. However, in some cases, there may be very small exceptions — such as a silicone seal, a compostable coating, or minimal packaging used during shipping.

When this happens, we’re always transparent about it in the product description so you can make an informed choice.

Our goal isn’t perfection — it’s progress. We carefully source products that significantly reduce plastic use and help you make better, lower-waste swaps with confidence.

Are your products safe for the whole family?

Absolutely. Our products are made from natural, non-toxic materials and are safe for use around children and pets.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@plasticfreehomewares.com.au. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched.

I haven't received my order — what should I do?

Please check your tracking information first. If your order appears delayed or lost, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Sustainability

How is your packaging eco-friendly?

We use plastic-free, recyclable, or compostable packaging for all our orders. No bubble wrap, no plastic mailers — just sustainable materials from end to end. We use recycled boxes, sealed with 100% Kraft paper tape with a plant-based natural adhesive.
